Update

We were given clearance from the engineers late last week to commence work after their inspection of the roof anchors. Wor is again underway on the eyebrows. You will see our foreman Herman working from the boson chair. We expect to complete work during the week of August 8th.

Update

We are currently waiting for the anchors on the roof to be certified to allow for the last of the specified washing. We expect to be completing the work next week.

Start July 4

Wolfgang Commercial Painters will be pressure washing the West elevation and the turn-around elevation eyebrows, starting on July 4^th for three days. We will then be painting the front of the eyebrows. We ask that you close your windows during the pressure washing phase and remove anything from you deck that may get damaged during washing.

We will be using a 15% bleach solution that will not be harmful to your plants.

We will also be pressure washing other specified areas around the building, and timing of it will be posted in the blog.
